Our goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on our products as they are intimate or sanitary goods.

Refund & Replacement
All our products are hand packed and triple checked for quality and accuracy before it is shipped. But we are only human and we can make mistakes. If you have purchased from our website and receive an incorrect or faulty product(s) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order and include the below information:
- Invoice or Order number
- Photos of what you've received
- What you were expecting to receive
As long as the product(s) is unused and meets our standard requirements, we will replace your order with the correct product(s).
Used and opened product(s) will not be refunded or replaced.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind or if it doesn’t feel like the right fit. Just like anything new, it might take 2-3 menstrual cycles before you get used to your cup. Hang in there and keep trying - it will be worth it!
